Annual well woman
exams are essential to preventative care.
The components of a well woman exam vary
depending upon age. Most commonly during
this visit a health history, breast exam,
a pelvic exam, and a Pap smear are performed.
It is recommended
that a well woman exam is performed yearly
to screen for any changes that may have
occurred.
